Audi Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Audi cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in October was of $156,825. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $163,652 during November. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -43 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has risen 13 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($141,877) during February and March.
The average price for Audi has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $24,008.32. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($5,397) moving up till ($54,159)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 181 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 29 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($94,533) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of $121,489.5.
The graph that displays the price for Audi cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 93 % more affordable than the average price ($174,767). Next with a price of $32,557 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 7% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $63,112.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Audi cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 77 % less expensive than the average market price ($174,767) followed by "Petrol" priced at $55,343. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Electric". It´s price is 3 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs $121,476.
The graph showing the average price for Audi cars displays those with 3 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 85 % more affordable than the average price ($174,767). These are followed by those with 2 doors with an average price of $42,022. Cars with the lowest average price have 5 !doors and are 26 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 4 doors with a selling price of $99,984.
