Ford Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Ford cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in September was of $187,414. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $187,246 during October. The following two months (November, December) the selling price went through a devaluation of -6 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from $181,709 to $163,168 during January and February.
The average price for Ford has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $23,514.86. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($11,591) moving up till ($57,204)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 210 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($80,889) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of $88,867.
The graph that displays the price for Ford cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 80 % more affordable than the average price ($164,337). Next with a price of $49,614 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 12% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $81,880.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 55 % less expensive than the average market price ($164,337) followed by "Petrol" priced at $83,110. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 48 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of $83,110.
The graph showing the average price for Ford cars displays those with 3 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 92 % more affordable than the average price ($164,337). These are followed by those with 5 doors with an average price of $45,845. Cars with the lowest average price have 4 !doors and are 45 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 2 doors with a selling price of $58,520.
