Great Wall Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Great Wall cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of $19,185. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $19,825 during November. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -32 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has had spectacular rise of 31 % with an average price of $16,397.5 during the previous 4 months and $21,534 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Great Wall has had a strong rise in recent years. During the first sample analyzed (2011 - 2012), the average selling price stood at $8,903.5. During this time, the price for 2011 which was $9,190 decreased to $8,617 during 2012. During the next two years (2013, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 48 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 34 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($19,860.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2022) with a price of $26,521.
