Volvo Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Volvo cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of $110,553. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $110,372 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -17 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $106,731.25 to $88,560.
The average price for Volvo has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $21,923.23. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($4,663) moving up till ($52,272)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 228 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($84,027.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of $96,139.5.

They are 92 % more affordable than the average price ($102,585). Next with a price of $20,040 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 3% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $73,060.

It is 78 % less expensive than the average market price ($102,585) followed by "Petrol" priced at $55,933. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Electric". It´s price is 18 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of $67,127.

These are followed by those with 4 doors with an average price of $26,306. Cars with the lowest price have 5 doors and are 2 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
