BMW 5 Series Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW 5 Series cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In August the price for a car is $22,353 increasing till $24,071 in September. During the following two months (October, November) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $23,212 to $24,801. The average price has had spectacular rise of 29 % with an average price of $24,006.5 during the previous 4 months and $31,034 during the most recent months in December and January.
The average price for BMW 5 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. During 2010 and 2010, the average price was $19,092. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2011, 2016), the average price went up 13 % moving from !PRECIO1! to $21,499.5, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 38 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($34,891.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2021) with a price of $48,284.

They are 47 % more affordable than the average price ($33,736). Next with a price of $23,700 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. It is 224% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of $50,493.
