This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $90,032 during October. The following two months (November, December) the selling price went through a devaluation of -9 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has risen 6 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($90,838.5) during January and February.
