Toyota Echo Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota Echo cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for February is $4,470. During March there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till $3,946. During the following two months (April, May) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $4,208 to $4,465. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from $4,336.5 to $4,089 during June and July.
The average price for Toyota Echo has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2000 and 2001, the average price is $3,497.5. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2000 ($3,225) moving up till ($3,770)in 2001. During the next two years (2002, 2003) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 18 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 9 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($4,551) and the the last two years that were studied (2004, 2005) with a price of $4,959.
