During May there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till $70,875. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $75,036 to $71,709.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 33 % with an average price of $73,372.75 during the previous 4 months and $97,561 during the most recent months in August and September.
